Our leadership team at Catering By Nikos possesses over eighty years of industry experience in building successful food service operations from the ground up.
Nikolaos has over 40 years of experience in the food-service and catering industries. He is responsible for ensuring your event is succesful from the first conversation with him through to the closing moments of your catering event. Nikolaos is also responsible for front of house operations, training, and customer service.
Dimitrios has over 40 years’ experience in the food-service and catering industries. He is responsible for kitchen operations, menu development, inventory, and training of the back of house staff.
