Catering by Niko’s has been serving the Toronto, Mississauga, East York and surrounding areas since 2003. We provide catering for corporate events, funerals, social events and pre wedding parties.

We specialize in the Greek and Mediterranean kitchen, while being creative to meet the diverse needs of our clients and their events. Catering by Nikos has over a century of Catering and Food management experience within its management team, by providing a wealth of knowledge to meet all need of the client.

George Chortogiannos, Manager, Nikos Garden Cafeterias

George Chortogiannos graduated from Economic High school of Patra in Greece, in 1972. He worked for Mr. Greek restaurants for 15 years. He was a franchisee as well as store manager at various corporate locations. George worked as the operations manager at head office where he managed day- to-day operations as well as managed several restaurants operations. This is where George gained his experience to then go on and own his own restaurants. George is the current Manager Of Food Services Operations for Catering by Nikos’ “Nikos Garden Food Services” operation. He directly manages the day-to-day operations of our corporate cafeteria at the LCBO Durham Retail Support Centre, in Whitby, Ontario. His team serves a 24 hours operation with over 300 employees, split over three shifts. He manages the staff and day-to-day operations, quality control, and financial reporting of the site.
